All Aboard the “Liberty Express” at Lakes Park

Daily thru July 4th:  Through July 4th, stop by Lakes Park to celebrate America, at the Railroad Museum of South Florida! Hop aboard the “Liberty Express” train to view the patriotic-themed ride through the park. See how many of the 50 state flags along the ride YOU can name! The ride on the train lasts about 15 minutes traveling 1. 5 miles through the beautiful park, going through a 100-foot tunnel and over a trestle bridge. Ride from 10 am – 2 pm daily, until 4 pm on weekends.  After or before the ride, check out the train museum. The ride is $5 for ages 6 and over. Ages 1 – 5 are FREE with an adult.

Community Brew Day

Saturday:  Come to Millennial Brewing for their FREE Community Brew Day from 9 am – 3 pm. Learn how beer is made and help the Brewmaster brew a production batch! Open to all, we start early, so get here on time. You don’t miss any of the fun!

Kids Way Field Day

Saturday:  3rd annual Kids Way Field Day! Kids can come out to the Stars Complex and just run FREE for the day from 10 am – 4 pm. Amazing field events alongside bounce houses water slides and many more. The entire community comes together to celebrate being great in SWFL.  

4th of July Open House Weekend

Saturday & Sunday:  Join Six Bends Harley Davidson as we celebrate a FREE fun-filled weekend getting ready for the 4th of July with our Open House! From 11 am – 3 pm both days, we’ll have live music, FREE burgers and dogs by LAMA, beers, and so much more! Come hang out and have some fun!

We Love America Festival

Saturday:  Celebrate our great country with First Assembly of God from 6-9 PM at our We Love America Festival. There will be lots of fun FREE for the whole family. Kids will love the bounce houses, obstacle course, laser tag, carnival games, face painting, and more! Delicious food will be available for purchase and we’ll end the night with a spectacular fireworks display! Bring your blankets and chairs and celebrate with us! Our Saturday night church service will begin at 7 PM and special “Celebrate Freedom” weekend services will continue on Sunday at 9:30 and 11 AM. These services will feature our choir, band, and a special tribute to our veterans and active duty military personnel.
